How it is counted
It is counted from the day you started working until your end date (or today), in full years, months and days.

How many vacation days do I get for my seniority?
Since 2023: 12 days in year one, 14 in year two, 16 in year three, and so on.
Does time count if I changed employers?
Only with the same employer or a substitute employer.
Is the start day counted?
Yes, the calculation includes both days.
