How we calculate
The labor calculators follow the Mexican Federal Labor Law (including the 2023 vacation reform) and use 2026 figures: UMA of MXN 117.31 (INEGI, DOF 01/09/2026) and a general minimum wage of MXN 315.04 (CONASAMI). Every result is an informational estimate.
